Kim Temple has over 20 years of experience in the music industry, specializing in music publishing, creative sync, rights and royalty management, and business affairs. 

As President of High Priestess Publishing and Director of Licensing at Six Shooter Records, she works with an eclectic roster of artists and songwriters. Kim is a passionate advocate for creators’ rights and fair compensation for songwriters and composers. Through Music Publishers Canada she manages the Women In The Studio national accelerator, providing skills training, mentorship and networking opportunities to emerging producer-songwriters.

As a passionate advocate for creators’ rights and fair compensation, she fosters cross-sector collaboration with an emphasis on nurturing and educating emerging talent. She is a Juno-nominated drummer and a member of ACTRA.
