Arnie Zipursky


A co-founder of CCI Entertainment and Neshama Entertainment, Arnie Zipursky is a leading entrepreneur in both the Canadian and international independent production industry. He is highly regarded for his creative vision and leadership.

Notable CCI credits include the feature documentary Sled Dogs which premiered at the Whistler Film Festival, where it picked up Best Documentary and Best Female Director and had its North American theatrical release in New York City in July 2017 and in Los Angeles in October 2017 to rave reviews from the NY Times, The Village Voice and The LA Times; the family action-comedy feature film Undercover Grandpa (Netflix, Corus), winner of Best Feature Comedy and Best Actor at the International Family Film Festival in Los Angeles and on Netflix’s Top 10 most viewed movie list June 2020; the feature ensemble romantic comedy Another Kind of Wedding (HBO Canada, SONY) starring Kathleen Turner, Jessica Paré, Frances Fisher, Wallace Shawn, Jacob Tierney, Luke Kirby and Kevin Zegers.

Arnie has produced and co-directed documentaries including My Opposition (which had its US premiere at the United Nations on the 70th anniversary of Kristallnacht) and Each of Us Has A Name (Best Documentary US Intl Film & Video Festival.)

He recently executive-produced the critically acclaimed Castel Family Film series including Web of Dreams nominated for fourteen 2020 Leo Awards including Best Picture, for Marvista Entertainment, Lifetime and Corus Networks, produced by Neshama Entertainment and Really Real Films.

Arnie also Co-Created and Executive Produced several franchise kids’ series including Sharon, Lois & Bram’s The Elephant Show, Artzooka (recipient of Canadian Screen Award for Best Children’s Series) & Harry & His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs (Teletoon, Treehouse, Super RTL Germany, Channel Five UK, France 5, Disney UK, Spain TVE, Discovery Latin America).
