  • Identifying the type of support that’s right for you
  • Key considerations when seeking support
  • Navigating insurance coverage

About the Roadmap to Care Series

The AFC and the Artists’ Health Centre are teaming up to present a four-part series to provide essential information on navigating support services. Each online event will cover a specific care category, including mental health, physical health, disabilities, and other services. The series is designed to empower individuals by helping them understand what to look for, potential pitfalls to avoid, and how to get started in finding the services they need.

These events are for general information on a national level and will not provide one-on-one support to attendees.
