Together, we’ll explore the realities of careers in our industry, what financial stability looks like during gaps in work, unpack some of the industry’s biggest financial stressors, and discuss practical ways to move from survival mode toward a more sustainable long-term personal financial system.

Through real industry stories, interactive polls, and practical tools, participants will learn strategies for managing income gaps between contracts. Topics include a Gap Plan, crisis-proof budgeting, negotiating payments, and developing flexible spending plans that adapt to changing income.
