Counselling Pilot

Do you work in the arts and entertainment industry and face barriers in accessing mental health supports? Our Counselling Pilot Program might be the solution for you.

Program Information:

  • Short-term counselling services at no charge;
  • Solutions-based approach tailored to your needs;
  • Weekly or bi-weekly counselling sessions;
  • Up to a maximum of 8 sessions per client;
  • Feedback surveys to help us further develop the program.

You might be eligible if you:

  • Work in the arts and entertainment sector;
  • Live in Ontario (all Ontario spots are currently full), Alberta, or British Columbia;
  • Do not have mental health benefits or the financial means to access counselling;
  • Are struggling with issues like anxiety, depression, life transitions, or stress.

How to apply:

  1. Book a screening appointment through our Navigator service. Mention the ‘Counselling Pilot’ when booking.
  2. We’ll assess your eligibility and fit for the program. Please note that spots are very limited, and we prioritize those with the most explicit need for funded mental health support.

Important Note: If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, please do not book an appointment. This service is specifically designed for those with limited access to mental health resources.

Let’s work together to support your mental well-being!
